Bedford Thursday Netball Update - Week 1

The Bedford Netball League got off to a brilliant start this week, with lots of smiles, great teamwork, and some lovely netball on show.

It was so nice to see everyone back on court, enjoying the game and supporting each other. Goal Diggers and Oh Shoot started things off, with Goal Diggers taking a 17–5 win. Both teams played with great energy, and a big shoutout goes to Hayley Willson from Oh Shoot, who had a fantastic game and really stood out.

Next up, Bedford Belles and Spice Goals shared a fun and upbeat match, with Bedford Belles coming away with a 16–6 win. There was some great passing and teamwork from both sides, making it a really enjoyable game to watch.

The final match between Nets In The City and Blue Sirens was full of action, with Blue Sirens winning 19–8. It was a great game with lots of attacking play and positive energy from both teams.

All in all, it was a lovely first week, and it’s already shaping up to be a really fun and social season. We’re looking forward to seeing everyone back again next week!
