Bedford Thursday Netball Update - Week 10

Week 9 of the Bedford Thursday Netball League brought another enjoyable evening of netball, full of positive energy, teamwork, and some great moments on court.

Nets In The City faced Bedford Belles, with Bedford Belles putting in a strong performance to take the win 16–6. There was some fantastic play from both teams and great encouragement throughout.

Blue Sirens and Goal Diggers played out a closely contested match, finishing in an exciting 7–7 draw. It was a brilliant game to watch, with both sides working hard and supporting each other right to the final whistle.

Oh Shoot took on Spice Goals, with Spice Goals coming away with a 6–4 win. Both teams showed great determination and spirit, making it a really enjoyable match.

A special shoutout goes to this week’s MVP, Nyree Galvin from Oh Shoot—her determination, skill, and all-round performance really stood out on the night.

A huge congratulations to our season winners, Bedford Belles!
Well done to Goal Diggers for finishing as runners-up—an amazing effort!
And a big shoutout to Bethany from Oh Shoot for being named Player of the Season—a fantastic achievement!

Overall, it was another fantastic evening that really highlighted the friendly and welcoming atmosphere of the league. It’s always great to see everyone enjoying their netball and supporting one another each week.
