The Bedford Thursday Night Netball League returned for another great evening of games, with teams enjoying a fun and energetic second week on court.
Blue Sirens had a strong game against Bedford Belles, finishing 21–12. Both teams showed great teamwork, with plenty of positive play and determination throughout.
In another close match, Nets In The City and Oh Shoot went head-to-head in a really tight contest, with Nets In The City just edging it 10–8. It was a fantastic game to watch, with both sides giving it their all right until the final whistle.
Goal Diggers had a particularly impressive game against Spice Goals, coming away with a 16–3 win. Their attacking play really clicked, but both teams kept spirits high and played with great enthusiasm.
A special mention goes to Helen Evans from Bedford Belles, who was named Player of the Week. Her effort, attitude, and all-round play stood out and made a big impact on the court.
It’s been a brilliant start to the season, with a great mix of friendly competition, teamwork, and fun. We can’t wait to see what next week brings!
