Another Fun Evening in the Weston-super-Mare Sunday You Play Netball League

Week 3 of the Weston-super-Mare Sunday You Play Netball League brought another evening full of smiles, great teamwork and plenty of enjoyable netball, with all teams making the most of their Sunday night on court.

West End Girls and Weston Wildcats got the evening underway with a lively game. West End Girls found some lovely rhythm and came away with a 21-1 scoreline, while Weston Wildcats continued to work hard throughout the match. A special mention goes to Sarah-Jane Whitehead, whose fantastic attitude and performance earned her the Player of the Week award.

Girls Just Wanna Have Fun and Spice Goals shared an entertaining game, with both teams producing some great passages of play. Girls Just Wanna Have Fun finished with a 4-1 score, but both sides showed plenty of teamwork and encouragement throughout.

One of the best things about the Weston-super-Mare Sunday League is the friendly atmosphere and sense of community, with players of all abilities coming together to enjoy the game, keep active and catch up with friends.

With Week 4 just around the corner, there's plenty more netball to look forward to and we can't wait to see everyone back on court.
