Wolverhampton Wednesday Night - 6

The Wolverhampton Wednesday Netball League powered by You Play Netball brought another brilliant evening of action this week, with teams across the league enjoying a fun, competitive, and energetic night on court.

“Avengers” and “Dancing With Wolves” kicked off the evening with a spirited contest full of determination and teamwork, while “GoalDiggers” and “Codsall Spices” battled through a closely fought game with great effort from both sides.

“Pattingham Diamonds” showed fantastic communication and defensive play during their match against “Winging It”, and “Shoot Happens” impressed with their fast-paced attacking style against “Wildflowers”.

One of the standout performances of the night came from “Violet Vixens”, who displayed excellent movement, confidence, and teamwork throughout their game against “Wednesday Warriors”.

In Division 2, “Go Net It” put in a strong all-round performance against “Hoop Hustlers”, while “Hoop For The Best” and “Hoops I Did It Again” treated spectators to an entertaining and competitive matchup.

“Wildcats” and “Net Setters” played out a closely contested game that kept everyone engaged until the final whistle, while “Net Into The Groove” and “Take A Shot” battled hard in a determined defensive contest. “Shoot For It” and “Rebounders” also delivered an exciting game packed with energy and commitment from both teams.

A huge congratulations goes to Sunev Wilson from “Net Into The Groove”, who was named Most Valued Player of the week. Their determination, skill, and positive impact on the court made them a standout performer on the night.
