Another fantastic evening of netball took place in the Wolverhampton Wednesday Netball League, with teams across the league enjoying a competitive and enjoyable night of action.

Week 8 saw plenty of great performances, with players demonstrating excellent teamwork, determination, and sportsmanship throughout the evening. Every match was played in great spirit, with teams continuing to develop and improve as the season progresses.

A big well done to all the teams who took to the court, including Avengers, Codsall Spices, Winging It, Dancing With Wolves, Wildflowers, GoalDiggers, Wednesday Warriors, Pattingham Diamonds, Violet Vixens, Shoot Happens, Go Net It, Hoop For The Best, Hoop Hustlers, Wildcats, Hoops I Did It Again, Take A Shot, Shoot For It, and Net Setters. The commitment and enthusiasm shown by everyone involved continues to make the league a fantastic place to play netball.

A special congratulations goes to Helena Wilding of Rebounders, who was named Player of the Week. Helena delivered an outstanding performance and was recognised for her skill, effort, and positive impact on the court.

As we head into the next round of fixtures, the excitement continues to build. With teams working hard each week and plenty of netball still to be played, there is lots to look forward to in the weeks ahead.
